HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Ordering at atelieramaani.com is easy. Just select the items you want to shop enter your shipping address and payment information. If you need any assistance give us a call at +92 322 841 6444 Monday to Saturday.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO ME?
Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation call, email and text message from us having all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account/My Orders if you have placed the order online.
I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY DEDUCTED FROM THE CARD?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
Net Banking 2-4 business days
Debit Card 5-7 business days
Credit Card 7-21 business days

In case your order is not successful and cash has been deducted from your account and money has been credited to our account ,we would proactively initiate refund within 3 days.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Your order status is updated to you via emails and SMS at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you a SMS with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old SMS- for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care within 24 hrs of placing your order with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of prepaid orders refunds will be processed as per our Return policies. Any atelieramaani.com credits used in the purchase of the Order will be credited back to your account. For certain product categories such as Formal and Bridal once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled. This is also indicated on the individual product pages. In rare cases when we are unable to deliver the product in spite of repeated attempts at the shipping address, an amount of Rs. 1000 would be charged on the refund amount.
I GOT A CONFIRMATION CALL FOR MY ORDER. WHY IS THAT?
You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn't any change with your order.
CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER FOR AN ITEM(S)?
In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to info@atelieramaani.com with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.
DO YOU ALLOW EXCHANGES?
Have you ordered a size too small or too big unless it’s a customized order? No problem! We offer exchange for our customers too. Please read up our Exchange Policy for details.
CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
Which countries does Atelier Amaani ship to?
We ship worldwide.
How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?
We ship online orders for Ready to Wear in 3-5 working days, while Made to Order Luxury-Pret items take up to 3-4 weeks and Made to Order Formal or Couture items take up to 8-12 weeks. If the order does not reach you in the specified time, please contact our customer service.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Currently, we do not offer same day delivery.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
You do not have to pay any duties or taxes when you purchase a product from Atelier Amaani because we offer free shipping and do not charge additional costs to our customers for all local orders. International orders can be charged according to location.
